Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our E-shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK: Standard Delivery 2/3 Days; Orders over £150 - Free, Orders under £150 - £6.00
UK: Express Delivery Next Day (ordered prior to 15.00); All Orders - £8.00
Outside UK, within Europe: Standard Delivery 2/3 days; All Orders - £15.00
Outside UK and Europe: Standard Delivery 5/7 days; All Orders - £25.00

Delivery Schedule
Fleur T aims to despatch all orders within 48 hours. If the matter is urgent or you require special requirements please email us at mailorder@fleurt.com.

Back Orders
We do not operate a back ordering system.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included. All orders placed from outside the UK and Europe will have the VAT deducted.

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; PROTX. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption.They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn with all tags attached. Please fill in our returns form stating whether you would like to refund or an exchange. Package the form and the product into a parcel and send back to us Recorded delivery.
